Hiring Requirements:
At least 1 years of experience with cPanel/WHM & the web hosting industry
Has an understanding of shared, reseller, vps and dedicated server cloud hosting.
Has experience with WHMCS, Apache and Blesta
Has a firm understanding of open source software such as WordPress, Joomla, SocialEngine, etc.
Is able to quickly and efficiently handle web hosting related issues such as DNS, FTP, PHP-based errors, etc.
Has a reliable high speed internet connection.
Comfortable speaking with customers via telephone.
Position Responsibilities:
Inbound Telephone Tier 1 level Support & Sales
Provide basic tech support & troubleshooting
Provide Cloud VPS Support to Client
Initiate Website Site Migrations
Provide Application Navigation Assistance
Gather client information & analyze issues
Ticket creation & allocation to relevant internal teams
Provide basic tech support & troubleshooting
Google Suite Management
Microsoft Office365 Account Management
Escalation to Level 2 or Level 3 support
